On 7 July 2020, our Senior Partner Mr Ludwig Ng gave a seminar for members of the Society of Chinese Accountants & Auditors on “Advising Companies in Financial Difficulties”. The seminar covered topics on insolvency law and in particular personal liabilities of directors and managers. It was conducted face-to-face and online simultaneously. It was well received by about 90 members in total.
