On 3 June 2021, our Senior Partner Mr Ludwig Ng conducted a webinar organized by the In-House Lawyers Committee of the Law Society of Hong Kong on “Personal Liabilities of Directors and Officers of Insolvent Companies” as part of their In-House Lawyers Training Programme 2021. The webinar was well-received by more than 70 participants, including in-house lawyers of listed companies and many senior practitioners.
