On 31 October 2022, our Senior Partner Mr Ludwig Ng chaired a seminar organised by the Restructuring and Insolvency Faculty of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants on the topic “Recent Developments on Cross-Border Insolvency and Restructuring”. The seminar was presented by Mr Clifford Smith and Mr Look-Chan Ho, Senior Counsel and Barrister of Des Voeux Chambers respectively. It was well-received by nearly 120 participants.
