Our Consultant Mr Joshua Chu was one of the speakers at the “Fraud Litigation, Enforcement & Contentious Insolvency” virtual conference organized by Asset Recovery Asia on 30 November 2021. He spoke in the panel discussion on “Seizing the unseizable – crypto and NFT assets in fraud and asset recovery litigation”.

The panel discussion was chaired by Ms Wendy Lin of Wong Partnership LLP. Other panelists included Mr Paul Lowenstein QC of Twenty Essex, Mr Seokchun Yun of Kim & Chang and Mr Henry Chambers of Alvarez & Marsal.
