On 10-11 October 2019, our Consultant Mr Joshua Chu (right) was invited by Legal Plus as a guest speaker to give a 2-day CPD course for in-house lawyers and local practitioners alike. Topics presented by Joshua, together with counsel Mr Moses Park and a former associate director of the SFC, included “Shareholders Disputes in Arbitration” and “Cryptocurrency, Blockchain and Regulatory Development in DLT Space”, respectively.
