On 19-20 August 2019, our Partner Mr Eric Woo and fellow dispute resolution practitioners joined the Secretary for Justice and the Department of Justice delegation to Shanghai and visited, among others, the Vice Mayor of the Shanghai Municipal Government, the Director of the Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Justice, the President of the Shanghai Maritime Court, the Commissioner of the Court of Arbitration for Sport Shanghai Alternative Hearing Centre, the Executive Vice President of China Shipowners’ Association and the Director of China Classification Society Shanghai Branch to exchange views on legal co-operation between Shanghai and Hong Kong.
