On 15 November 2016, our Partner Mr Eric Woo attended the Hong Kong Legal Services Forum organised by the Hong Kong Department of Justice in Nanjing and gave a seminar on “Strategies and Overall Planning in Resolving Cross-border Trade Disputes through International Arbitration”. He was also one of the speakers in the panel discussion and Q&A session on differences in arbitration and mediation under Mainland law and common law, points to note in choosing the place of arbitration and case studies.
