On 13 September 2023, our Partner and Director of the Foreign Legal Service Centre of World Commercial Law Firm (WCLF) Mr Eric Woo attended the “Cross-border Fraud Recovery and Greater Bay Area Cross-border Business Liaison Conference” organised by WCLF in Guangzhou as one of the keynote discussion speakers. He gave an overview of the common fraudulent practices in Hong Kong and the redresses for victims and defences for defendants available in Hong Kong.
