On 5 October 2021, our Partner Mr Dominic Wai along with other Primerus members presented a webinar for the Association of Corporate Counsel (“ACC”) on the topic “Privacy Beyond the GDPR and CCPA”. Topics included China’s Data Security Law, Personal Information Protection Law and Hong Kong’s Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance. The webinar was well-received by more than 100 ACC members.
