The study is authored by Ms Caroline Joly of Baro Alto, a law firm in France, and published in collaboration with the White Collar Crime and Criminal Law Sub-group of IR Global, an international network of legal, accounting and consulting professionals. ONC Lawyers, represented by Dominic, is one of the law firms from 17 countries invited to share expertise on the practical implementation of anti-corruption and whistleblower protection policies.
