On 11 November 2016, de Chapeaurouge + Partners, AIIFL (Asian Institute of International Financial Law) of the University of Hong Kong and ONC Lawyers co-hosted the “Conference on Shareholder Engagement and Activism”, the first-ever full day conference on shareholder engagement and activism in Hong Kong, at Conrad Hong Kong.  We were honoured to have speakers from Frankfurt, London, New York and Hong Kong to discuss the subject from different aspects, and to have HKiNEDA (The Hong Kong Independent Non-Executive Director Association Limited) as the supporting organization.  The conference was attended and well-received by around 100 participants.
