We are pleased to announce that A Handbook on Claims for Occupational and Accidental Injuries (Chinese version only) written by ONC Lawyers has been published in August 2017.

It is a comprehensive handbook on the basic rights and liabilities as well as recovering compensation for occupational and accidental injuries in Hong Kong, followed by a discussion of relevant cases as illustration. With this handbook, we hope to provide a handy and practical tool for legal practitioners, insurance practitioners, employee and victim groups, social workers and members of the general public.
