Experience

Prior to joining ONC Lawyers, Roberto Luo worked at several renowned domestic and international law firms and patent agencies, including China Patent Agent (H.K.) Ltd. and law firm in the United States, Jones Day. Roberto’s practice primarily focuses on international intellectual property rights applications, due diligence and enforcement, with extensive experience and achievements in the field of patents in particular.

 

Roberto is currently a Senior Partner of Shanghai HanSheng Law Offices.
