On 30 March 2026, our Partner Mr Michael Szeto was interviewed by The Young Reporter on the new “468 Rule” in respect of statutory definition of “continuous employment” under the Employment Ordinance (Cap. 57).

The Young Reporter is a news platform run by the Department of Journalism of the School of Communication of the Hong Kong Baptist University. The interview focussed on the impact of the new "468 Rule" on part-time and casual workers, including changes in working hours, income levels, and access to statutory benefits.
