Our Senior Partner Mr Ludwig Ng, along with other renowned insolvency experts, has recently participated in a roundtable session organised by the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA) to exchange views on the strengths and weaknesses of Hong Kong’s current insolvency framework and the Companies (Corporate Rescue) Bill, which is currently under consultation.
