On 10 November 2020, our Senior Partner Mr Ludwig Ng chaired a webinar organized by the Restructuring and Insolvency Faculty of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants on “Liquidators’ Personal Liability for Costs, Litigation Funding and related Case Law Developments”. The seminar was well-received by more than 100 participants.
