The department is well established and headed by our consultant Mr. Albert Leung who has over 32 years’ of post qualification experience in conveyancing and tenancy matters. The team members have handled large scale development projects for developers including the Hong Kong Housing Authority. This department also supports our Litigation and Commercial Departments in property related matters.
